Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, unless a minimum-term commitment was disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase.

How to cancel: Manage your subscription through your customer account dashboard on our website, or email us at support@cleannutra.com. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future charges. To avoid being billed for your next order, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date — you will receive an email notification 5 to 7 days before each recurring charge.

Minimum-term offers: Certain promotional offers (such as Buy One Get One Free) require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles, as disclosed on the product page and at checkout. For these offers, cancellation takes effect after your second order is completed. After the minimum term has been met, you may cancel at any time.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first order for a refund. For minimum-term offers, a refund request within the first 30 days also releases you from the remaining minimum commitment. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Cancelling a subscription does not affect orders that have already been billed or shipped.
